Lifestyle Sarees offers a technology platform that provides users with specialization in creating designs for fabrics like Georgette, Cotton, Weaving, Chiffon, Weightless, etc.; and especially for festive seasons like Teej, Chatt, Summer Collection, Wedding Seasons, and many more! We have two brands under Lifestyle Sarees Private Limited i.e. "Lifestyle Sarees" and Antra.

2. By accessing and using the Website and/or availing the Products, you hereby agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, please discontinue the use of the Website.
3. Lifestyle Sarees reserves the right to change, modify, suspend or discontinue the whole or any portion of the Products and/or the Website. Lifestyle Sarees may also impose limits of certain features or restrict your access to part of the entire Products and/or the Website without notice or liability. Further, Lifestyle Sarees may introduce new products and services and modify its existing Products and services that are made available to users through the Website.
4. Lifestyle Sarees may, from time to time, vary or amend these terms and conditions and will notify you of the same. Any use of the Website after the amendment of the terms and conditions will be deemed acceptance of the amended terms and conditions by you. If you do not agree to the amended terms and conditions, you have the right to discontinue use of the Website.

You agree to use the Website to: (a) purchase the Products available and as displayed on the Website; (b) avail discounts and other offers that Lifestyle Sarees may make available from time to time; and (c) provide Lifestyle Sarees with feedback and/or comments in relation to the Products and/or the Website and/or any other ancillary services.
7. The availability of the Products shall be at the sole discretion of Lifestyle Sarees.

Lifestyle Sarees shall not be liable in any way whatsoever for any loss, liability or damage that may be incurred as a result of the same.

The trademarks, logos and service marks (collectively, the “Intellectual Property”) displayed on the Website are the property of Lifestyle Sarees or other third parties and all rights to the Intellectual Property are expressly reserved by Lifestyle Sarees or relevant third parties. You are not permitted to use any Intellectual Property without the prior written consent of Lifestyle Sarees or such third party. Lifestyle Sarees aggressively enforces its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law. The name of Lifestyle Sarees or any other Intellectual Property may not be used in any way, including in any advertising or publicity, or as a hyperlink without the prior written permission of Lifestyle Sarees.
15. The domain name on which the Website is hosted is the sole property of the Website and you may not use or otherwise adopt a similar name for your own use.

You agree to indemnify and hold Lifestyle Sarees and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, partners and employees, harmless from all claims, demands, actions, proceedings, liabilities (including statutory liability and liability to third parties), penalties, costs (including without limitation, legal costs on a full indemnity basis), awards, losses and/or expenses, due to or arising out of: (a) any use of the Website, the Products or services provided in relation thereto; (b) your connection to the Website; (c) your breach of any terms and conditions of these Terms and Conditions; and (d) your breach of any statutory requirement, duty or law.

To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, Lifestyle Sarees disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of satisfactory quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, compliance with description, or the warranty of non-infringement. Without limiting the foregoing, Lifestyle Sarees does not warrant that the functions contained in or access to the Website, the Products and the services provided in relation thereto, Company Data, or Lifestyle Sarees servers are free of viruses or other harmful components, or that the download, installation or use of any Company Data in or with any computer will not affect the functionality or performance of the computer.  Lifestyle Sarees does not warrant or make any representations whatsoever regarding the use or results of the use of Company Data, the Products and any services provided in relation thereto, the Website or Lifestyle Sarees servers in terms of their correctness, accuracy, completeness, reliability or otherwise. You (and not Lifestyle Sarees) assume the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair or correction, including any defect, problem, or damage in any Computer. You agree not to hold Lifestyle Sarees responsible for any loss of any User Data that is due to any circumstances beyond the control of Lifestyle Sarees.

Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall Lifestyle Sarees be liable for any indirect, special, consequential, or incidental damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use the Products and services provided in relation thereto and the Website, even if Lifestyle Sarees or an authorized representative has been advised of, or should have foreseen, the possibility of such damages.

All disputes, controversies, or differences arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall first attempted to be resolved by mutual discussion between the you and Tiffy and Toffee. Lifestyle Sarees and you agree to participate in the mediation in good faith and undertake to abide by the terms of any settlement reached.
20. In the event that you and Lifestyle Sarees are unable to resolve any dispute, controversies or differences after attempting mediation, the dispute, controversy or difference shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in [90 days] in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
